The cultural experience at Teratai villas left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful thanks to Cindy and Risma and other staff members. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.It is situated in a good area with markets and restaurants close by in Canggu. The rooms were clean and has housekeeping as-well as a turn down service everyday and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Canggu. The breakfast was so delicious and it was amazing having to spend afternoon tea with my family . They provide transport to other areas aswell as great spa options . The ladies were so accommodating and really ensured we had a remarkable stay. Everyone was always so happy . I wish I could rate this accommodation and staff a 100/10 .Definitely recommend!!!oh my goodness , we loved this place .

Almost cancelled the booking for this amazing property due to payment issue with their central reservations. Beautiful luxurious villas, huge space, private pool, in room spa, and etc, you ask for it and you get it. Location is near to everything and in very peaceful area. Kudos to MS. CINDY an amazing front office agent who welcome us at teratai with her radiant smile. She always went extra mile to get the things done, whether its spa or breakfast or any other request .she left no stone unturned. Thanks for sending extra croissants every time, We would like to thank Cindy and her team for their effort to make our stay simply perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at the villa. From the time we arrived till checkout the stay has been an amazing and memorable one. Brought our two kids and they had a blast. The villa was clean, and well maintained. Took the two bedroom and it was huge! The e-butler was very helpful. The staff answered all our query promptly. In fact all our needs were answered and attended straightaway. My son and I had food poisoning on the 3rd day and we have to thank Cindy and her colleague for being super attentive and caring. Not only she understands the situation, she used her situational awareness to assess what and when is the best time to assist and checked on us. Knowing that we declined breakfast, she offered to heat up our meals and even offered to bring porridge instead for us. She also offered to extend our checkout time knowing we are still recovering and we have kids too. We are grateful and thankful for the warm hospitality. The team has been understanding and caring throughout our stay. Will definitely make a return to the villa!

Breakfast options were very good, staff are very punctual to provide breakfast on time, however needs to be much more hotter when it arrives the room, location was super, team are very friendly and helpful and they ensure we r having a happy stay, whatever we request they are available to respond or provide on the spot, sure will be a place to check-in again

Such a beautiful and clean villa, I believe this is a rather new area. The food was just incredible. Highly recommend the waffles!! The staff were so helpful and easy to communicate with. You can communicate very easily via WhatsApp, or use the phones in the room or simply pop into the lobby. They also are able to provide in house spa treatments which was so handy as we were traveling with our baby it made it much easier to have someone come to us. Mini mart literally a 1-2 mins walk, a spa, a sushi place and a cute little cafe just around the corner. Perfect little get away for a couple or a family travelling with a baby. It’s a nice little quiet area.
